• Psych-K® is not used as a motivational tool or a surface-level mindset technique. It’s used intentionally—to facilitate shifts at the subconscious level where patterns are formed and maintained.

    This makes it especially useful:

    • when insight hasn’t translated into lasting change

    • when emotional or behavioral patterns keep repeating

    • when internal resistance persists despite effort or discipline

    • when you know what you should do, but something underneath isn’t cooperating

Psych-K® supports belief-level alignment by creating a more balanced, Whole-Brain state, allowing subconscious patterns to reorganize. When that happens, change often becomes less effortful and more sustainable—emotionally, relationally, and behaviorally.

  • Psych-K® is for anyone seeking meaningful change at the belief level.. People…

    • Navigating emotional patterns or long-standing internal blocks, such as anxiety loops, confidence dips, recurring overwhelm, or feeling “stuck” despite doing everything right.

    • Healing from past experiences or trauma, A non-invasive way to soften subconscious imprints that continue shaping emotional responses. Not a treatment for PTSD, but a supportive belief-change process.

    • Experiencing stress-related physical symptoms or tension (anxiety, jaw clenching, nail biting…etc)

    • Working toward personal or professional growth

  • No. Psych-K® is a facilitated belief-change process. It does not diagnose or treat mental illness and is not a substitute for therapy.

  • Psych-K® does not treat medical conditions, but by reducing subconscious stress, it can support the body’s natural self-regulation and healing processes.

  • Yes! In addition to years of research in the field of what is usually referred to as split-brain research, which began in the late 1950’s, a contemporary study regarding PSYCH-K® specifically, was published in 2011. The study was conducted using contemporary, neuro-scientific protocols. The point of the study was to determine if the Whole-Brain Posture, used extensively in PSYCH-K®, could in fact create the desired bi-lateral, symmetrical, brainwave pattern that is desired for changing subconscious beliefs. In the fall of 2011, the results were published in three peer-reviewed journals, including the fields of neuroscience, psychotherapy, and business management.

Note: In this paper, the name PER-K® is used instead of PSYCH-K®.  PER-K® was the former name of the business version of PSYCH-K®.  The belief change processes of both PSYCH-K® and PER-K® are exactly the same, creating the same research outcomes.

  • Holy Fire® Reiki is a contemporary evolution of traditional Usui Reiki. It works gently with the energetic field and nervous system to support relaxation, regulation, and internal coherence.

Unlike directive or effort-based practices, Holy Fire® Reiki does not require focus, intention-setting, or participation from you. The work is subtle and non-invasive, allowing the system to settle into a calmer, more balanced state on its own.

Reiki can support the energetic and nervous-system conditions in which subconscious shifts—emotional, mental, and even physical—are more likely to integrate.

    This makes it especially useful:

    • alongside belief-level work

    • during periods of stress or transition

    • when the nervous system feels overloaded or stuck

    • when change feels effortful despite insight

**anytime “Reiki” is mentioned in this site, it is the Usui/Holy Fire Reiki method/application

  • Reiki may be helpful if you:

    • feel chronically stressed or dysregulated

    • notice your body holding what your mind has already processed

    • want support during or after belief-level work

    • are navigating change and need more internal steadiness

    • prefer a non-verbal, non-analytical form of support

You don’t need to understand Reiki for it to be useful. You just need space to receive.

  • Reiki sessions are calm, hands-free, and conducted remotely. These are non directive sessions. You don’t need to talk, explain, or “do” anything.

    Sessions focus on:

    • nervous-system regulation

    • stress reduction

    • energetic balance

    • internal settling and coherence

People often describe feeling more grounded, relaxed, clear, or internally steady afterward. Some notice subtle shifts immediately; others experience changes unfolding over time

  • Psych-K® facilitates belief-level shifts at the subconscious level.

Reiki supports the energetic and nervous-system state in which those shifts can integrate more smoothly.

Psych-K® works directly with beliefs. Reiki supports the systems that hold them.

Both aim toward the same outcome: less internal resistance and a more coherent internal experience.

Psych-K® and Reiki work through different mechanisms, and over time they can support a more integrated and sustainable process of change as part of an overall approach.

Due to the nature and depth of each practice, Reiki and Psych-K® are offered as separate sessions. If you’re unsure which approach is the best fit for you, a consultation call can help clarify next steps.

  • Due to the nature and depth of each unique practice, Reiki and Psych-K are only offered as separate sessions.

We encourage you to book a consultation call if you need help deciding which is the right fit for you.

  • I partner with professionals & organizations working to support individuals who are navigating stress, transition, substance abuse recovery, and general long-term lifestyle change. My work is non-clinical and works synergistically alongside providers.

In practice, this includes collaboration or referral alignment with:

-Mental Health Professionals: My role is complementary, not duplicative, and I do not provide diagnosis or psychotherapy.

-Substance Abuse & Recovery Programs. This work can support regulation, internal alignment, and stress resilience during recovery.

    • sober living homes

    • outpatient recovery programs

    • relapse-prevention and aftercare programs

Medical & Dental Practices: Clients often hold stress somatically; belief-level and nervous-system regulation can be supportive alongside medical or dental care.

Veterans & Trauma-Support Organizations. While not a treatment for PTSD, my work can support regulation, belief-level alignment, and stress reduction for individuals with trauma histories when used alongside appropriate care.

Body-Based & Somatic Practitioners. This work complements somatic approaches by supporting the internal patterns and regulation states that influence physical tension and recovery.

    • massage therapists

    • acupuncturists

    • physical therapists

    • chiropractors

High-Stress Professions & Leadership Support. Clients who function well externally often benefit from belief-level work that reduces internal resistance and chronic stress.

    • executive wellness programs

    • first-responder support networks

    • professional burnout and transition programs

    Wellness & Integrative Health Centers:

    • multidisciplinary wellness clinics
